This MGM production was shot on Ansco Color film stocks, which later became Anscochrome/GAF and were in business until 1977, when GAF folded their photographic division. When MGM finished their exclusive Ansco film developing in their own lab, that lab was renamed MetroColor and ran on for many decades afterwards.
